Drone Fly BD – Transparent return and replacement guidelines
1. General Policy
- All products sold by Drone Fly BD are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase.
- Please check product details carefully before placing an order.
2. DJI Products (Official Warranty)
- DJI products are eligible for official manufacturer warranty claims only.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects or technical faults under DJI policy.
- Drone Fly BD assists customers in processing warranty claims through official channels.
3. Non-Brand Products (Replacement Policy)
- Non-brand products do not have official warranty.
- However, customers may receive replacement support for technical issues after delivery.
- Issues must be reported immediately after receiving the product.
4. Unboxing & Proof Requirement
- Customers must record an unboxing video when receiving the product.
- Video proof is required to claim any replacement or support.
- Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
5. Inspection After Delivery
- Customers must check the product immediately after delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within a short time frame after receiving the product.
- Delayed reports may not be eligible for support.
6. Replacement Conditions
- Replacement is only applicable for verified technical faults in non-brand products.
- Physical damage, misuse, or user error is not covered.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
