Drone Fly BD – Transparent return and replacement guidelines

1. General Policy

  • All products sold by Drone Fly BD are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase.
  • Please check product details carefully before placing an order.

2. DJI Products (Official Warranty)

  • DJI products are eligible for official manufacturer warranty claims only.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects or technical faults under DJI policy.
  • Drone Fly BD assists customers in processing warranty claims through official channels.

3. Non-Brand Products (Replacement Policy)

  • Non-brand products do not have official warranty.
  • However, customers may receive replacement support for technical issues after delivery.
  • Issues must be reported immediately after receiving the product.

4. Unboxing & Proof Requirement

  • Customers must record an unboxing video when receiving the product.
  • Video proof is required to claim any replacement or support.
  • Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.

5. Inspection After Delivery

  • Customers must check the product immediately after delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within a short time frame after receiving the product.
  • Delayed reports may not be eligible for support.

6. Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement is only applicable for verified technical faults in non-brand products.
  • Physical damage, misuse, or user error is not covered.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.
