1. No Official Warranty
- Non-brand drones do not come with any official manufacturer warranty.
- Drone Fly BD also does not provide international or brand warranty for these products.
2. Service Warranty (Limited Support)
- Drone Fly BD provides limited service support for non-brand drones.
- Customers only need to pay for parts cost.
- Servicing labor is free under our service support policy.
- This support is applicable only for repair assistance, not product replacement.
3. Battery Policy
- No warranty is provided for batteries under any circumstances.
- Battery performance may vary depending on usage and charging habits.
4. Parts Availability
- If required parts are unavailable in the market, Drone Fly BD will not be responsible.
- Repair delays may occur due to imported or rare components.
- Alternative solutions will be suggested when possible.
5. Technician Responsibility
- Drone Fly BD is not responsible for issues caused by external technicians or third-party repair shops.
- Customers who repair outside our service center do so at their own risk.
6. Damage & Usage Condition
- No coverage for crash damage, water damage, or misuse.
- Any physical damage will be treated as paid repair service.
