DJI Warranty Policy – Bangladesh (Drone Fly BD)
Official DJI warranty guidelines with local service process in Bangladesh
1. Warranty Coverage
- DJI provides warranty for manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty is valid only if the product is used as per DJI official guidelines.
- All serial numbers, labels, and seals must remain intact and untampered.
2. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in drone body, camera, motors, and core electronics.
- Functional failures occurring under normal operating conditions.
- Issues not caused by user error or physical damage.
3. What is NOT Covered
- Crash damage, water damage, or physical impact.
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect operation.
- Wear and tear items like propellers and cosmetic damage.
4. Warranty Requirement
- Valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.
- Product must match serial number registered with DJI.
- Device must not show signs of tampering or modification.
5. Warranty Claim Process (Bangladesh)
- Customer submits product to Drone Fly BD support center.
- We inspect and forward the claim to DJI authorized service channels.
- Processing time depends on DJI international service queue.
- Average warranty processing time in Bangladesh: 2–4 months (may vary depending on case complexity and DJI service workload).
6. Repair & Replacement
- After inspection, DJI may repair or replace the product.
- Replacement may be new or refurbished depending on availability.
- If not covered under warranty, paid repair options will be offered.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Customer must handle drones according to DJI safety instructions.
- Proper packaging is required when submitting for warranty.
- Any unauthorized repair attempt will void warranty.
