Terms and Conditions of Drone Fly BD

From May 17, 2025, any complaints regarding your purchased product will not be accepted without these authorized seals and signatures on the invoice. To receive warranty service, an invoice without the seal,DJI Products Serial Numbers on invoice and signature of Drone Fly BD will not be considered valid.

Drone Fly BD – Terms & Conditions (Effective April 10, 2025)

Key provisions include:

  • Delivery Policy

    • Service across Bangladesh.

    • Inside Dhaka: delivery within 24 hours.

    • Outside Dhaka: home delivery in 24–72 hours; courier delivery in 24–48 hours depending on location Drone Fly BD.

  • Delivery Charges

    • Drones up to ৳10,000: delivery charge of ৳200.

    • Drones between ৳20,000–৳100,000: advance payment of ৳1,020 (includes COD charge) Drone Fly BD.

  • Warranty & Servicing

    • No manufacturer’s warranty provided.

    • One-year servicing warranty: servicing is free, but any replacement parts cost is borne by the customer Drone Fly BD.

  • Product Inspection & Acceptance

    • All drones are inspected before delivery.

    • Any post-delivery damage due to use is the customer’s responsibility Drone Fly BD.

  • Battery Usage Guidelines

    • Always fully charge the battery before use.

    • Use the supplied charger or one matching the specified amperage to avoid battery issues Drone Fly BD.

  • Usage Restrictions

    • Avoid flying semi-professional or toy drones near water bodies—intended for entertainment or educational purposes only.

    • Prohibited from being used to harm others or for illegal purposes.

  • Regulatory Compliance

    • Users are responsible for obtaining required permissions, especially in restricted zones.

    • Must adhere to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and other relevant laws Drone Fly BD.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • Drone Fly BD disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use their products.

  • Modifications to Terms

    1. Spare Parts Availability and Servicing Disclaimer

    While Drone Fly BD is committed to providing reliable after-sales service under our warranty and servicing policies, we do not guarantee the availability of all spare parts—particularly those for Chinese-manufactured drones. In cases where parts are discontinued, unavailable in the local market, or delayed due to supplier constraints, Drone Fly BD shall not be held liable for the inability to perform repairs or replacements. We will make every reasonable effort to source required components, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays or unavailability beyond our control.

    2. Non-Refund Policy

    Drone Fly BD maintains a strict non-refundable policy. In the event of technical issues with a product, our team will provide necessary support and servicing to resolve the matter. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances related to technical faults once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

    3. Battery Disclaimer for Chinese Drones

    Due to the nature and variability of battery quality in Chinese-manufactured drones, Drone Fly BD does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or liability regarding battery performance, damage, degradation, or failure. Customers are responsible for proper charging, usage, and storage practices as outlined in the user manual. Battery-related issues are considered outside the scope of our warranty coverage.
