Terms and Conditions of Drone Fly BD

Welcome to DroneFlyBD. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

“Our commitment is to deliver accurate and high-quality products tailored to your needs.”

1. Delivery Policy

  • Coverage: We offer delivery services across Bangladesh.
  • Timeframe:
    • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24 hours.
    • Outside Dhaka: Home delivery within 24 to 72 hours. For courier services, delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the location.

2. Delivery Charges

  • For drones priced up to ৳10,000, a delivery charge of ৳200 applies.
  • For drones priced between ৳20,000 to  ৳100,000, advance payment of ৳1,020 is applicable.(COD charge applicable)

3. Warranty and Servicing

  • No Manufacturer Warranty: Drones do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
  • Servicing Warranty: We provide a one-year servicing warranty. If any parts require replacement during servicing, the cost of the parts will be borne by the customer. However, the servicing charge will be free of cost.

4. Product Inspection and Acceptance

  • All drones undergo a thorough inspection process before delivery.
  • Upon receiving the drone, any subsequent damage caused by usage will not be the responsibility of DroneFlyBD.

5. Battery Usage Guidelines

  • Before using the drone, ensure that the battery is fully charged.
  • Always use the charger provided with the drone or one that matches the specified amperage to avoid battery issues.

6. Usage Restrictions

  • Avoid flying semi-professional or toy drones near water bodies. These drones are intended for entertainment or educational purposes only.
  • Do not use drones for activities that may harm others or for any unlawful purposes.
  • Refrain from flying drones in restricted areas. Always respect and adhere to local laws and regulations. DroneFlyBD will not be held responsible for any misuse or legal violations committed by the user.

7. Regulatory Compliance

  • Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from relevant authorities before operating drones, especially in restricted zones.
  • Ensure compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and any other applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DroneFlyBD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Customers use our products at their own risk and are responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • DroneFlyBD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

DroneFlyBD-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং সেবা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে এগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

“আমাদের অঙ্গীকার হলো আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নির্ভুল ও উচ্চমানের পণ্য সরবরাহ করা।”

১. ডেলিভারি নীতি

  • কভারেজ: আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি।
  • সময়সীমা:
    • ঢাকার মধ্যে: ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি।
    • ঢাকার বাইরে: হোম ডেলিভারি ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে, অবস্থান অনুযায়ী ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

  • ড্রোনের মূল্য ৳১০,০০০ পর্যন্ত হলে, ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৳২০০ প্রযোজ্য।
  • ড্রোনের মূল্য ৳২০,০০০ থেকে  ৳১,০০,০০০ এর মধ্যে হলে, অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট ৳১,০২০ প্রযোজ্য।

৩. ওয়ারেন্টি এবং সার্ভিসিং

  • কোনো ম্যানুফ্যাকচারার ওয়ারেন্টি নেই: ড্রোনের সাথে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারারের কোনো গ্যারান্টি বা ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয় না
  • সার্ভিসিং ওয়ারেন্টি: আমরা এক বছরের সার্ভিসিং ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করি। সার্ভিসিংয়ের সময় যদি কোনো পার্টস পরিবর্তন করতে হয়, তবে সেই খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। তবে, সার্ভিসিং চার্জ ফ্রি হবে।

    ৪. পণ্য পরিদর্শন এবং গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

    সব ড্রোন ডেলিভারির আগে সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিদর্শন করা হয়।

    গ্রাহক ড্রোন গ্রহণ করার পর, ব্যবহারজনিত যেকোনো ক্ষতির দায়ভার DroneFlyBD গ্রহণ করবে না।

    ৫. ব্যাটারি ব্যবহারের নির্দেশনা

    ড্রোন ব্যবহারের আগে নিশ্চিত করুন যে ব্যাটারিটি সম্পূর্ণ চার্জ করা হয়েছে।

    ড্রোনের সাথে প্রদত্ত চার্জার অথবা নির্ধারিত অ্যাম্পিয়ার অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত চার্জার ব্যবহার করুন, যাতে ব্যাটারি সমস্যার সম্মুখীন না হন।

    ৬. ব্যবহারে নিষেধাজ্ঞা

    সেমি-প্রফেশনাল বা টয় ড্রোন পানি বা জলাধারের কাছে ওড়ানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন। এই ড্রোনগুলো শুধুমাত্র বিনোদন বা শিক্ষামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহারের জন্য তৈরি।

    এমন কোনো কাজে ড্রোন ব্যবহার করবেন না যা অন্যের ক্ষতি করতে পারে অথবা যা আইনবিরোধী।

    নিষিদ্ধ এলাকায় ড্রোন ওড়ানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন। সবসময় স্থানীয় আইন ও বিধিনিষেধের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করুন এবং তা মেনে চলুন। DroneFlyBD ব্যবহারকারীর দ্বারা সংঘটিত যেকোনো অপব্যবহার বা আইন লঙ্ঘনের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

    ৭. নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার অনুমোদন

    বিশেষ করে নিষিদ্ধ অঞ্চলে ড্রোন পরিচালনার আগে, প্রয়োজনীয় কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি গ্রহণ করা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।

    বাংলাদেশ বেসামরিক বিমান চলাচল কর্তৃপক্ষ (CAAB) এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য আইনের সাথে সম্মতি নিশ্চিত করুন।

    ৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

    DroneFlyBD এর পণ্য ব্যবহারে বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলশ্রুতির ক্ষতির জন্য DroneFlyBD কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না।

    গ্রাহকরা নিজেদের ঝুঁকিতে আমাদের পণ্য ব্যবহার করেন এবং সকল নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশিকা ও নিয়ম মেনে চলা তাদের দায়িত্ব।

    ৯. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

    DroneFlyBD যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের পরপরই যেকোনো পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হবে।
