From May 17, 2025, any complaints regarding your purchased product will not be accepted without these authorized seals and signatures on the invoice. To receive warranty service, an invoice without the seal,DJI Products Serial Numbers on invoice and signature of Drone Fly BD will not be considered valid.

DJI 1‑Year Limited Warranty — Key Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Coverage

DJI provides a 1-year warranty on most consumer products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty begins on the delivery date. If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty may start 90 days after shipping.

2. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Faulty components like cameras, sensors, GPS modules, and batteries (if under 200 charge cycles).

  • DJI will cover diagnostics, labor, materials, and return shipping at no cost if the issue qualifies under warranty.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by crashes, improper use, or pilot error.

  • Water damage unless explicitly stated.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Use of non‑DJI components or accessories.

  • Environmental damage (e.g., weather, electromagnetic interference).

  • Any repairs or service performed by non-authorized providers.

  • Loss of data or third-party damages.

  • Shipping damage if the return wasn’t arranged through DJI.

4. Proof of Purchase & Regional Limitations

  • valid proof of purchase is required for warranty service (receipt, invoice, order confirmation).

  • Warranty service is usually only available in the region or country where the product was originally purchased.

5. How to Request Service

  • Start a warranty claim via DJI’s official Support channels or an authorized service center.

  • DJI may first troubleshoot remotely via chat, phone, or email.

  • If needed, they’ll instruct you to send the product for inspection.

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, DJI will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • If the issue isn’t covered, you’ll be notified of repair costs before any work is done.
