শর্তাবলী
১.সারা বাংলাদেশ ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। হোম ডেলিভারিতে ২৪ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় আর ঢাকার মধ্যে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে।আর কুরিয়ারে নিলে ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
২.১০ হাজার টাকার মধ্যে ড্রোন কিনলে ২০০ টাকা,২০ হাজার থেকে ৪০ হাজার টাকার মধ্যে ৫১০ টাকা,৫০- ১ লাখের মধ্যে ১০২০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাধ্যতামূলক।
৩.আপনি যেকোন বাজেটের মধ্যেই ড্রোন কিনেন না কেন ড্রোনে কখনো গ্যারান্টি এবং ওয়ারেন্টি হয় না।তবে ১ বছর আমরা সার্ভিসিং ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করবো।এক্ষেত্রে ড্রোনের যেকোনো পার্টস পরিবর্তন করা লাগলে সেই খরচ সম্পুর্ণ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।তবে আমরা সার্ভিসিং চার্জ ফ্রি করে দিব।
৪.ড্রোন পেয়ে ব্যবহার করে পরবর্তীতে কোন ক্ষতি সাধন করে যদি আমাদেরকে বলেন তখন সেটি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।মনে রাখবেন প্রতিটি ড্রোন চেকিং প্রসেস সম্পুর্ণ করে তারপর ডেলিভারিতে যায়।
৫.ড্রোন ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর ব্যবহার করার আগে অবশ্যই চার্জ সম্পুর্ন করে তারপর ব্যবহার করবেন।
৬.ড্রোনের ব্যাটারির সমস্যা গ্রহণযোগ্য না।সব সময় ব্যাটারিতে দেওয়া নির্দিষ্ট এম্পেয়ার এর চার্জার ব্যবহার করবেন।
৭. সেমি প্রফেশনাল বা খেলনা ড্রোন পানির আশেপাশে উড়াবেন না।মনে রাখবেন এসব ড্রোন শুধু বিনোদন বা শিক্ষণীয় কাজে ব্যবহারযোগ্য।
৮.কারো ক্ষতি সাধন বা কোন অপরাধমুলক কাজে ড্রোনের ব্যবহার করবেন না। ড্রোন শুধুমাত্র বিনোদন এর জন্য, নিষিদ্ধ এলাকায় ড্রোন উড়ানো থেকে বিরত থাকুন। আইনকে সম্মান করুন এবং সব সময় আইন মেনে চলুন। সর্বোপরি, কখনো কারো ক্ষতিসাধন অথবা কোন অপরাধমুলক কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়িত হলে Drone Fly BD কখনোই দায়ী থাকবে না।
Terms and Conditions
1. *Delivery Across Bangladesh*: Home delivery is provided within 24 to 72 hours for locations outside Dhaka and within 24 hours for locations within Dhaka. If delivered via courier, it will take 24-48 hours depending on the location.
2. *Delivery Charges*: For drone purchases up to 10,000 BDT, a delivery charge of 200 BDT is mandatory. For purchases between 20,000 and 40,000 BDT, the delivery charge is 510 BDT. For purchases between 50,000 and 100,000 BDT, the delivery charge is 1,020 BDT.
3. *Warranty and Guarantee*: Regardless of your budget, drones do not come with a guarantee or warranty. However, we provide a one-year servicing warranty. If any parts need replacement during servicing, the cost must be borne by you, but the servicing charge will be free.
4. *Post-Delivery Issues*: Any damage reported after usage will not be accepted. Please remember that each drone undergoes a thorough checking process before delivery.
5. *Battery Charging*: After receiving the drone, ensure it is fully charged before use.
6. *Battery Issues*: Battery problems are not acceptable. Always use the specified charger with the designated ampere for the battery.
7. *Usage Guidelines*: Do not fly semi-professional or toy drones near water. These drones are intended for entertainment or educational purposes only.
8. *Legal Compliance*: Do not use drones to cause harm or engage in criminal activities. Drones are for entertainment only, so avoid flying them in prohibited areas. Respect the law and always abide by it. Drone Fly BD will not be held responsible for any harm caused or involvement in criminal activities.
9. *Overall*: Drone Fly BD will not be held accountable for any harm caused or involvement in criminal activities using the drones.
